Welcome to Hind Embroidery. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp, email, or in person.
Custom orders will begin processing only after final design approval and advance payment (if applicable).
Design Approval
We share digital samples/mockups (if required) before production.
Once approved by the client, no further changes will be accepted.
Hind Embroidery is not responsible for errors in approved designs.
Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required for all custom or bulk orders.
The remaining 50% is to be paid before final delivery or pickup.
Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
Turnaround Time
Delivery time varies depending on the size and complexity of the order.
We strive to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., fabric availability, courier issues).
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
No refunds are applicable for custom embroidery work.
In case of defective stitching or damage, we offer rework or replacement based on valid proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information regarding size, quantity, fabric, and thread color preferences.
Hind Embroidery is not responsible for damage to client-supplied materials during embroidery, especially if the fabric is sensitive or pre-used.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and graphics provided by the client are assumed to be legally owned or permitted for use.
Hind Embroidery will not be held responsible for any copyright/trademark violations on client-submitted designs.
Product Delivery / Pickup
Clients may collect their order from our workshop or opt for delivery (charges may apply).
Hind Embroidery is not liable for any damage or delay during third-party courier/shipping
Privacy
We value your privacy. Client details and designs are kept confidential and never shared with third parties without consent.
